FAYETTE, Iowa – For the first time since 2013, the Concordia-St. Paul football team (2-0) was victorious in a road night game as they held off Upper Iowa for a 28-23 victory on Saturday night to remain unbeaten on the season. Concordia’s Haskins, Garrett secure NCAA Division Two honors

BROOKFIELD, Ill. – The Don Hansen Football Committee has released the 2018 Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-Super Region 4 squad, with Concordia-St. Paul redshirt freshman Marcus Haskins being named Super Region 4 Freshman of the Year while he was joined on the First Team by sophomore defensive end Chris Garrett. The two selections to the First Team matches the 2005 season when the program had a defensive lineman and cornerback honored with Eric Power and Antonio Brown for the second NSIC Championship campaign. PAUL, Minn. –  Concordia-St. Paul committed a season high six turnovers but still managed to take Northern State to the wire before coming up short in a 35-28 homecoming loss at Sea Foam Stadium on Saturday.    Concordia racked up 494 yards of total offense including 232 on the ground, out-gained the Wolves by 142 yards overall and 132 on the ground, had a 34:00 to 26:00 time of possession edge and converted 8-of-12 on third down while holding NSU to 6-of-14 on third and 0-of-2 on fourth down.
